SAND BLASTING
Due to the versatile sand we use, we can sandblast almost anything. We blast anything from industrial size to little home DIY’s. Trucks, trailers, fencing, timber, steel; you name it and we blast it!
We take pride in ensuring our customers get what they want and when they want it. Our current turnaround time is 24-48 hours for 2-3 pallet sizes.
Each job we recieve is vastly different in material, size and shape. Therefore we can only provide approximate prices through the phone, or a more accurate price in person.
We do not sandblast over any powdercoated product.
What is sandblasting?
It shoots at velocities ranging from 300-500+ MPH… yes, really THAT quick!
It smoothens rough surfaces, and also roughen smooth surfaces. This creates a consistent smooth/slightly textured surface that is the perfect base for paint.
PAINTING
We do not offer powder coating however local recommendations can be provided.
Painting is an additional charge/option provided following a sandblast from us. A fresh coat of paint really makes all the difference; a cherry on top!
Mobile Blasting
Sandblasting is a messy procedure due to the overspray of blasted sand. A well ventilated area is a must and a large space so overspray is not air-born outside the allocated space.

BSAP proudly offer freight services supplied by Albury Wodonga Taxi Trucks (AWTT) catering to all customers with projects of any size. Multiple trucks, vans and flatbeds available for delivery to and from Border Sandblast And Paint. Trucks available for local and interstate deliveries on request. This comes at an additional charge and is arrangeable with Olivia at BSAP.
